Do you have any questions?
Welcome to the FAQ section of Hidropark Alcúdia! Here you will find answers to the most common queries about our water park, from opening times to details of thrill rides. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team. We’re here to make sure your visit is as fun and hassle-free as possible.
What time of the year do you usually open and close?
Hidropark opens on May 1st and closes on October 30th.
Are there group discounts?
There are different rates for groups. For more information on group discounts, please contact us by e-mail at hidropark@hidroparkalcudia.com
Do I need to print the ticket?
No, the digital receipt is sufficient.
From what age can the hydrokids area be used?
Hidrokids has a Spraypark and a swimming pool for the little ones. The slides comply with regulations depending on the height.
What is the minimum height/age for the slides?
Hidropark is perfect for all ages as it has different attractions where both children and adults can enjoy a family day out. Each slide has its own minimum and maximum height regulations.
Do you have free wifi?
Our guests can enjoy free internet access throughout the park.
From what age do they pay entrance fees?
Children from 3 years of age pay the children’s entrance fee.
Can food and drink be brought in?
For health and safety reasons, food and drink are not allowed in the park. We cannot guarantee that products from abroad are optimal for consumption and that they contain elements that are harmful to other users, as well as check traceability in case of food poisoning. You can make use of the gastronomic offer of the park or not, so you are allowed to leave and re-enter the park free of charge.
Bottled water other than glass and fruit are allowed. And for the little ones, liquids and food (bottles, fruit, purées) are also allowed. No rigid or bulky coolers are allowed. It is possible to enter with flexible coolers that do not take up the space of other users.
People with food intolerances and allergies can enter the park with their food, as long as it is not excessive and complies with the requirements to avoid any discomfort to other users.
Is it possible to enter with a pushchair?
Prams are allowed to enter.
Do you have a lawn area?
Yes, we have a large grassy area at the top of the park.
Do you have to pay for lockers and hammocks?
Lockers and hammocks have an additional cost as an extra service that is not included in the entrance fee. Hammocks may only be used in the designated areas and may not be moved to other areas of the park.
Is there private parking?
The car park is free of charge exclusively for Hidropark customers.
Can I wear t-shirts in the pools and attractions at the water park?
Yes, but only technical fabric t-shirts are allowed. For hygiene reasons, it is important that all visitors who wish to wear t-shirts in the pools and attractions use only t-shirts made of technical fabrics. These materials are specifically designed for aquatic activities and ensure a safe and clean use of our facilities.
Why are only technical fabric t-shirts allowed?
Technical fabric t-shirts are designed for use in aquatic environments, allowing for proper breathability and quick drying. These characteristics help maintain our pools and attractions hygienic and safe for all users.
What if I don’t have a technical fabric t-shirt?
If you don’t have a technical fabric t-shirt, we recommend not wearing cotton t-shirts or other materials not suitable for water. These fabrics can retain bacteria and other contaminants, affecting the hygiene of our facilities. Consider purchasing a technical fabric t-shirt before your visit or at our on-site stores.
Where can I buy technical fabric t-shirts?
You can find technical fabric t-shirts at many sports stores. Additionally, our facilities have a store where you can purchase these types of garments specifically designed for aquatic activities.
Can children wear cotton t-shirts on the attractions?
No, for the same hygiene reasons, only technical fabric t-shirts are allowed for both adults and children in all our pools and attractions.
Is there a special price for groups of children?
Special prices are available for groups. Children must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. For more information on group discounts, please contact us by e-mail at hidropark@hidroparkalcudia.com
Can we bring some flotation devices or some floats?
Sleeves are allowed in the park. However, large surface floats do not.
Is there a discount for residents?
Hidropark offers a special rate for residents of Mallorca. An official document to corroborate this information will be requested at the entrance.
Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
Discounts are available for people with disabilities.
Are there swimming pools adapted for people with disabilities?
Hidropark has adapted its facilities so that people with disabilities can also enjoy a great day out.
Does the park have a protocol for people with functional diversity?
Yes, there is a protocol for people with physical or motor, visual, hearing, intellectual or mental functional diversity. To do this, you must contact reception and be able to activate the corresponding protocol which consists of:
– The handing over of an identification bracelet and notification to the lifeguard team.
The accompaniment of a responsible person is allowed on the attractions. These people will be able to make use of it without waiting.
In cases where usage times are high, they will have to wait 30 minutes to be able to use the same attraction.
Is there a free shaded area?
Hidropark has set up a free grass area where there will also be shade.
Are there heated swimming pools?
Hidropark is open during the summer season, so the temperature is ideal and there are no heated pools.
Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited in public areas and restaurant terraces.
Does the park have a health care service?
Yes, the park has a dispensary to provide first aid to customers who request it. Ask at reception for location and opening hours.
Is it possible to hold birthday parties or events?
Hidropark does not host this type of event. Contact us and we will be happy to explain the different options to you.
