Rules for the use of the Fast Pass
- Entrance to the park is not included with the purchase of this product.
- The Fast Pass is for individual, personal and non-transferable use.
- The Fast Pass bracelet must be worn at all times during your visit.
- Fast Pass access is only available to customers in possession of a Fast Pass coloured wristband purchased online or on the day at the ticket office.
- You must follow the access roads marked with the Fast Pass badge.
- Make sure you are checked by lifeguards and attraction monitors at the Fast Pass entrances to each attraction.
- The speed of advance shall be subject to the direction and regulation of the park’s lifeguards and attractions monitors.
- Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the immediate suspension of the use of Fast Pass access, without refund.
- In the event of a broken wristband, please go to the Fast Pass point of sale with proof of purchase and the damaged wristband.
- Hidropark assumes no responsibility for the loss of the Fast Pass wristband.

Special schedules
The attractions will finish their activity 15 minutes before the closing time of the Park. Hidropark Alcudia reserves the right to change or modify dates and times at any time. You can check for changes on our social networks, at the box office or in the comments on your online ticket purchase.
Restrictions or modifications to attractions and services that affect opening hours and operation. Some attractions start operating at times other than the park opening hours. Please ask at reception for this information.
Some of the park’s attractions have mechanical and electrical components and the company reserves the right to close attractions for maintenance. The inconvenience will be notified in writing at the reception desk and will not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the entrance fee or of the products or services purchased for use inside the park.
Wave pool timetable:several sessions will be held and will be announced over the public address system of the park. You can also ask the lifeguard team or park staff for the opening times.
The company reserves the right to vacate and/or interrupt the park services when weather conditions or any other cause of force majeure prevent the safe use of the park without any refund of the entrance fee or the services purchased.
